One of the most frequently encountered issues in the laboratory sector in recent times is the reproduction of old reports as if they were new and / or the issuing of a new report.
This is a method that companies use under their own pretexts, such as analysis costs; Pursuant to Article 207 of the Turkish Penal Code 5237, kişi a person issuing a special document forged or altering and using a real special document to deceive others shall be sentenced to imprisonment of from 1 year to 3 years ”.
Any person who deliberately uses a fraudulent private document shall be punished in accordance with the above paragraph.
Unsigned and stamped reports are invalid in the test reports; when such a report is encountered, it should be understood that this report is not issued by the laboratory.
In case of inconsistent and suspicious information about the information such as signatures, results, dates, lots, all customers, certification bodies and suppliers should contact the laboratory directly and follow up and question the accuracy of the report.
