Foods are among the primary needs for sustaining life.  Good food consumption increases our quality of life, and the high quality of our life depends on some important criteria. One of these important criteria is the consumption of hygienic food. Since it is difficult to individually check whether the foods we consume are produced under hygienic conditions, hygiene-sanitation examinations are carried out by the authorized institutions in the production facilities in this regard.

Every area where businesses established for food production come into contact with food must provide hygienic conditions. Every step of the business from goods acceptance to storage, from production to shipment must be under control. Every transaction should be recorded in required periods. The personnel working on the production line should be given training on hygienic production, and necessary health checks should be carried out and they should be ensured to work on the production line. "HACCP Control Form" should be created by determining the critical points where foodstuff is at high risk of contamination. All of these issues and more should be checked according to specified standards and kept under record.

The correctness of the measures taken, steps taken, controls performed and the records kept by the enterprise are checked and reported by our institution through a hygiene-sanitation examination conducted within the framework of the "TS EN ISO / IEC 17020" standard. In the report prepared as a result of the inspection, the enterprise sees application errors and deficiencies and should take action for the necessary regulatory activities. It should be ensured that the hygiene-sanitation examinations are carried out periodically by the enterprise. Production should be made sustainable within the framework of established standards.

 At this point, the consumer makes sure that the food he purchases is produced in hygienic conditions and presented for his hygienic consumption as a result of examinations. On the other hand, while establishing consumer satisfaction, establishing a high supply-demand relationship in production with the standards it has achieved.
