1 Lt. water
Preparation of:
Let's wash and rice. Let's put the water-free rice in the jar and add the pre-boiled cooled water. Finally, add two chickpeas and finish the vinegar production. Let's close enough cloth to cover the jar lid. Pirin vinegar which will be acidified during the waiting period will take air with this cloth and will get rid of the negative acid that will be formed in it. The waiting time of this homemade natural vinegar is 15 days. During this time, keep the vinegar in a dark place. When the time is up, rice vinegar will be ready for use.
